Counselor / Sr. Counselor

Roles & Responsibilities

● Candidates should have Strong Sales Ability to convert Enquiry into Admission.
● Briefing the course details to Candidates / Parents conducted in Institute.
● Tele-Counseling prospective students for relevant courses and creating walk-in to the center.
● Tele Calling of Lead Generation & handling walk-ins enquiries.
● Generate new references from student.
● Daily follow up (inquiry / fees collection)

Computer Faculty

● Organize, Maintain and Manage class / lab systems in proper working condition.

● Taking timely assessment and evaluations.
● Determine and troubleshoot technology services for staff.
● Coordinate and collaborate with lead Faculty / academic head and instructional coaches.

Telemarketing Executive

1 - 3 years experience

Roles & Responsibilities

● Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company.
● Reaching out to new customers and explaining them about courses.
● Responsible for achieving daily Targets ( Daily minimum 100 calls to be made)
● Excellent with tele-calling skills, soft skills, customer interaction
● Good at Basic Computers MS-words & MS-excel
● Should be able to work with a Team
● Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and convincing power
● Should have Strong attitude in selling
● Should have learning & positive attitude
