Dr. Chenraj Roychand

Dr. Chenraj Roychand, a distinguished Indian educationist, entrepreneur, angel investor and philanthropist with over 40 years of experience, is the Chancellor of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). His vision to generate a culture of educational excellence has led to the development of numerous successful educational institutions pan India. JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) is one of the prominent institutes among them.

Along with creating educational opportunities, Dr. Roychand also initiated angel-investing firms, which provide the platform for youngsters to become entrepreneurs. Dr. Roychand has been instrumental in incubating and mentoring students. He adopts both traditional and modern approaches to inculcate entrepreneurial zeal and transform their business ideas into successful enterprises. The 40 incubation units at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) have helped to create employment for 3500 people in a period of 9 years.

He institutionalized sports in the JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), and encouraged excellence by supporting talented athletes to fulfil their dreams by providing adequate academic support.

JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) has produced 6 Olympians, 1 Paralympian, more than 200 national and international sportspersons till date. He is also involved in welfare driven, meticulously conceived projects focusing on health care, education, sustainable livelihood, and social causes that distinctively impact the quality of life.

Dr. Roychand's contribution towards social responsibility initiatives and his profound inspirational aura has earned him numerous awards, titles and recognitions. The several accolades won for his exemplary work in the sphere of education and social service include, Rotary Award for Vocational Service, Dr. B C Roy Award from Indian Medical Association Award for Leading Personalities, SEVAK Award for Service to Humanity, Rajasthan Youth Association Award for Service in Education Sector, Seva Ratna Award awarded by Centurion Trust, Chennai for his individual contribution to society, Kempegowda Award for remarkable contribution in the field of education, etc. He was conferred the Degree of Doctor of Literature (Honoris Causa) for his contribution to social work, education and philanthropy by the Mangalore University, Karnataka. He is also the governing board member of prestigious Institute of Rural Development Management Anand (IRMA).

Mr Mehroof Manalody

The Chairman and Managing Director of G-TEC EDUCATION is a Graduate in Economics from Madras University having PG Diploma in Computers. Does have a very affirmative attitude with a wide insight into the future that is capable of managing all the aspects of education & training centres.
He started his career in imparting computer Education by establishing computer Institutions throughout Malabar at first and extended to other Districts in Kerala and across all other states in India and abroad gradually with the maximum acceleration.

His idea of Quality Education to all took birth as G-TEC in 2001 and till date millions of students attained employability skill for the past decades through 600+ quality learning centres globally. G-TEC trains around 1,50,000 every year and this kept increasing with our quality service and reach.
G-TEC EDUCATION took the responsibilities in IT and other soft skill Programs blended with University courses to achieve the finishing school concept through reinvention of innovative programs to enable the youth for their career.

His initiatives and innovations attracted national and International publicity through many national projects of Governments and gained him numerous awards including the recognition of "Brand Icon 2016" among Top 10 entrepreneurs by Times of India and Economic Times.
He has also been awarded “Global Edupreneur of 2023” by WMC, USA.

Shri Sudhakar Sonawane: It was year 1997 when Shri Sudhakar Sonawane set out to build a chain of institutes that would offer IT courses at a very affordable fees to the economically weaker section of the society and thereby setting the trend for affordable IT Education.

He received immense response to his maiden venture as students disillusioned with fancy institutes and their fancy price tags found relief in the clean and frill free education at affordable fees that brought a smile to their faces. As success begets success, like minded professionals impressed with the business model and values of Shri Sudhakar Sonawane chose to become his franchisees.

In agreement with the strategy of selecting location close to high density areas, they all meticulous chose their locations and established the centres and equipped them with all the necessary training aids. The strategy of selective locations has paid rich dividends and have helped in maximising the returns on marketing investments.
